About NoWahala

Buying second-hand online in Nigeria usually means paying a stranger first and hoping. NoWahala changes the order of things: you pay, the item is sealed at a hub, you check it in person, and only then is the seller paid.

How we keep it honest

  • Sellers drop items at a partner hub, where staff photograph them and seal them in a numbered bag.
  • You open the bag in front of staff, tick a short checklist for that kind of item, and tap Received when you’re happy.
  • Your money is held until then. If the seller doesn’t drop off, cancels, or the item isn’t as described, you get it back.
  • Every seller has a public NoWahala Score and ratings from buyers who actually received their orders.
  • We hide phone numbers and bank details in chat, because we can only protect money paid through NoWahala.

For sellers on Instagram and WhatsApp

Every listing has a buy-safely link you can send to customers you already have. They pay through NoWahala, get the same protection, and pay less for it because they came through you. You get paid without arguments about whether the money is real or the item was as described.
